He has done his Bachelors in Engineering and Masters in Business Administration. He is the founder and promoter of CG-VAK. He has over 29 years of business experience. Prior to CG-VAK he had promoted a very successful IT Training Academy which has trained over 25,000 professionals till date.

Bertie is the Vice president of Sales and Customer Delivery who handles the sales operation of the company in the US and Canada. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Science and Masters in Business Administration. He has over 27 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

Antonio is the Deputy General Manager – Business Development and he handles the Offshore Business Development and Customer Support services for the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Africa, German, New Zealand & Ireland markets from the India HQ. He holds a Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing and Systems. Additionally he holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and has over 17 years of Experience in Web Product Conceptualization & Marketing, Software Services Marketing & Business Development.

Vijay is the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Customer Service Delivery. He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Applications and has over 17 years of experience in Software development & Project Management.

Ravin heads the HR Operations at CG-VAK . He has over 25 years of experience and has been with CG-VAK for almost 2 decades. He has a multi-Industry experience in Automobile, Manufacturing Industries before embarking on a long stint with the IT sector. He has a wide experience in leading, developing and deploying HR strategies. He is responsible for overall HR functions like Talent management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Counselling, OD strategies etc., He holds a Masters degree in Social Work (Human Resources) and is a University Rank Holder in Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Additionally, he holds a Bachelors Degree in General Laws. He is also a Certified Practitioner of NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming) Certified by NFNLP,USA. Outside of work, he is passionately involved in pencil sketching, painting, playing guitar, photography, football, listening to music and spending time with his family travelling to new locations.

Subramanian heads the finance department of the company. He holds a Post Graduation Degree in Financial Management and Computer Applications, apart from a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance. He has over 26 years of experience in varied industries in the fields of Auditing, Accounting and Finance.
